The Information Systems and Operations Management Department focuses on the critical connection between technology, operations, and business processes, equipping students with the skills to analyze, design, and manage systems that enhance organizational performance. Coursework emphasizes operations management, systems analysis, data-driven decision-making, logistics, supply chain management, and the strategic use of information technology to improve workflows, resource allocation, and service delivery. By blending technical expertise with business strategy, the department prepares students to lead and support operations in today’s data- and technology-intensive environments; across manufacturing, services, logistics, and corporate operations; enabling them to optimize processes, leverage information systems, and drive operational excellence in any sector.
